  • If your company is ready to expand, determine how to most effectively and efficiently help it grow. Create a growth plan according to your industry standards, available resources and the amount of time, money and staffing you are willing to invest in the growth. Once you have a solid plan in place, focus on realistic marketing efforts that push the expansion while providing a manageable increase in customer/client development.
  • Use smart sales and effective pricing techniques to end the year on a high note.
